2. What data we collect

When you sign up via our website form, we collect:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Whether you are an existing client (optional checkbox)
• Consent status (timestamp, IP address, and form source recorded automatically)

We do not collect payment information through the sign-up form. If you later purchase a membership, payment will be processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. Why we collect it (legal basis)

We process your data based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by checking the consent checkbox on our sign-up form. We use your data to:

• Send you email communications about Work, Balanced, including updates, resources, and promotional content
• Segment communications based on whether you are an existing client
• Respond to your enquiries

4. How we store and process your data

Your data is stored and processed by:

• Loops (Astrodon Corporation, USA) — our email marketing platform. Loops processes your name, email address, and consent data. Their privacy policy is available at https://loops.so/privacy.
• Netlify (USA) — hosts our website. May process IP addresses and basic access logs. Their privacy policy is available at https://www.netlify.com/privacy/.

Data is transferred to the United States. These providers maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you unsubscribe, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records of consent for legal compliance.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing of your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
